Currently Acting GM of eCommerce for BCF a Super Retail Group brand overseeing all aspects of trade, analytics and setting the direction of the performance & acquisition media strategy. With over 10 years’ online experience and now working for an omni channel retailer she is expanding her knowledge of digital pure play to cater for a customer centric approach to the searching and shopping behaviour in an omni environment.
Prior to joining BCF, Tania led the Sales & Marketing team at Booktopia.com.au for 7 years and was an early adopter of Google and Bing’s Shopping campaigns, which for many years before training new team members she was hands on managing the campaigns for both the Booktopia and Angus & Robertson bookstores, both with over 1 million SKUs in their merchant feeds. Tania has worked closely with Google and Bing to be part of many beta programs, providing feedback on new products to the US teams and testing of new solutions such as AI/Smart Bidding & Local Inventory Ads.
Tania has held senior roles in the e-Learning industry including a tenure at Skillsoft where she appointed and managed the reseller Selfcert, which were bought by Seek and formed the start of Seek Learning. Inspired by the Selfcert’s start up journey and her desire to start her own business, Tania launched the flagship Australian franchise for “It’s Just Lunch”, an online dating business, which was the impetus for her to acquire SEO and SEM skills.
