Currently the Chief Marketing Officer of National Tiles, Lynna has led the dramatic expansion of the online business generating significant sales growth and propelling nationalities.com.au to the top ranking tile website in Australia. Inside Retail recently announced National Tiles as a finalist for the 2019 Retailer Awards Small Business Customer Experience of the Year category.
Lynna’s consumer-centric mindset has been acquired through stakeholder roles across the retail and wholesale sector including digital pure play and omni-channel formats. Her wealth of experience has contributed significantly to building highly profitable end-to-end online operating models and go-to market strategies. She credits her success to her hands on approach, insight driven decision-making and relentless pursuit of excellence.
