John Mullins is the Director of Watson Customer Engagement and is responsible for fostering IBM’s AI mission in retail across Asia Pacific .
In his more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, John has lived and worked in North America, Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia helping him to gain a wealth of experience. Throughout all of John’s career, customer engagement & digital solutions have been a key focus and previously John set up and ran IBM’s SaaS business for the AP region.
John is currently Area Vice President, Commerce Cloud – Asia Pacific at Salesforce
He is now based back in his home town of Melbourne where he spends his time with his wife, 6 year old daughter and faithful Labrador.
