Ben Franzi, GM, eCommerce and International, is an expert in eCommerce and the online retail industry with a detailed understanding of industry trends and growth areas, domestically and internationally.
In his current role, Ben is responsible for the developing and integrating with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces to drive volume for eCommerce buyers and sellers. Key areas of focus include building new eCommerce marketplaces and platforms, helping Australian merchants sell overseas and developing innovative eCommerce tools to help businesses grow.
Prior to this, Ben was responsible for driving the strategic direction of Australia Post’s parcels and freight services as it shifted from a mail service to an eCommerce service provider.
Ben has been with Australia Post for over 12 years in a combination of finance, operational, transformation and strategy roles. Before joining Australia Post, Ben was with Deloitte Consulting, specialising in strategy and customer, channel and product profitability and solutions.
