IBM Announced as Diamond Partner at Retail Global 2018

Multinational technology company IBM has been announced as a Diamond Partner at Retail Global Australian conference in 2018 to help connect the suite of eCommerce product offerings to the growing retail community who regularly attend Retail Global.

 During the 2018 Retail Global conference, IBM will deliver a keynote discussing the need for retailers to use available data on customers to deliver increased personalization – a key focus of the many Watson IBM eCommerce suite of products. 

 

In addition to the keynote, IBM will be co-hosting a dinner with Australia Post for Australia’s top online retailers, hosting a lunch for select retailers and presenting a breakout session – further detailing how retailers can continue to grow in 2018.
