Retail Global is designed for anyone who sells a product or service online. We bring together innovative and practiced experts, both international and local, to discuss current and upcoming trends, exchange best practices, learn about new products and meet other sellers. It’s also an ideal networking opportunity, allowing attendees to meet both other sellers and key players in their industry.
The 13th Annual Retail Global will be held at the Gold Coast Convention Centre from Wednesday 29th May – Friday 31sh May 2019.
Retail Global is regarded by event attendees as one of the most valuable online retail events of the year. In fact, 95% of participants in 2018 and 2017 said they’ll be returning again this year, and the majority of them considered it the best conference in the industry. Attendees will:

The Gala Dinner is an evening of fun and networking. This year’s dinner will take place on Thursday 30th May 2019.
The Gala Dinner is traditionally a charity event in support of the ROI foundation (Retail Orphan Initiative).
Tickets cost $249 and can be purchased right up to the day of the event.
There are no physical tickets issued for Retail Global. Once you’ve paid for your place, your entry is guaranteed. You’ll receive a PayPal confirmation and prior to the event, Retail Global will ensure you receive your tax invoice. You simply need to appear at the event for registration and your name will be there. It would be handy to bring a copy of your receipt as a back up.
Your conference ticket includes full catering for the 2 1/2 days, plus access to all sessions and the exhibition as well as the opening networking drinks on the Wednesday.
Gala Dinner tickets must be purchased separately and include food and drinks.
Workshop tickets (separate purchase) include a catered lunch.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have only purchased a workshop ticket, you will not have access to the exhibition area or afternoon sessions. Badges will be checked by security.
You are able to purchase separate tickets to any of the workshops or the dinner (if you wish to bring a partner). You will need to contact our office on 03 9071 03 01 to arrange this.

Yes, in 2019 the Convention Centre has advised there is free wireless Internet Access for delegates. Please note, as there may be a high volume of users on the service, if you want higher speed Internet, you may still wish to bring your own mobile modem.
The dress code is business/casual (no denim).
